Gift for a new boyfriend

Having a new boyfriend can be a very tough thing not because it is bad but from the point of view of the fact that gift giving at that stage of the relationship can be very tricky issue.

You can either be stressful about it or be very cool about it. If you follow a few simple rules and have a clear mind that it is just the beginning of a relationship then it will work wonders for you. As a girl if you think about it as a relationship which will be long term then you will be making a mistake especially in terms picking up a correct gift.

I have a few simple tips that you can read and say goodbye to stress for the gift giving at Valentines Day or his birthday.

First and foremost be very clear that you are not going in for any sort of sentimental things for the gifts. All these sentimental things can come later in the relationship. You may be thinking of long terms but your boyfriend may not be thinking of that. Homemade stuff is the best as that can mean less expensive gift plus it shows a nice side of you to your new boyfriend.

Secondly the cost should be kept at a essential minimum and I will suggest about a $50 and yes at a stretch can be $100 but nothing more.

Third, try a fun idea for guys who can handle the fun side of it, but stop and assess whether he is of that nature, which means you should try to think of what he is comfortable with, even though it is tough to tell that too early in the relationship but think of instances where he was a sport to such a thing or not.

Fourth, never ever give flowers to a guy, most guys never like flowers but they may accept that later in the relationship as you bond and thinking matures but not before when you are absolutely sure that he is ready for such a thing.
